Body Boarding

This is nearly as popular as surfing in Cornwall.

Ann can often be seen body boarding with a group of friends leaving Saf to hold the fort and look after all the guests.

Many body boarders go on to learn surfing and it makes an excellent introduction to wave sports.

A body board is relatively inexpensive to hire or even buy.
